Since 1968, PLJR/JLJR has been a monthly law journal that reports on rulings and orders from the Supreme Court of India,  Patna High Court and the Jharkhand High Court.

The hard copy version of PLJR/JLJR, which was introduced by Malhotra Publishers, Patna, Bihar is the top law journal in Bihar and Jharkhand.

It began with just one volume and is currently published four times a year. There are around 1500 pages in each volume.
